TWO SETS OF DUMBBELLS (ONE LIGHT AND ONE HEAVY) AND A MAT.

30 SECONDS EACH MOVE, NO REST, REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT THREE TIMES


Sumo squat with alternating one arm overhead press



Alternating front raises



Shoulder taps
